love song for God my creator

In my darker moments

it times of anxiety and despair

In my loneliness

exhausted anguish

My God remembers me

if He does with the birds

that land in the trees

So He does

He does with me

In the nights that get to quiet

when my soul cries for steadiness

unknown

My spirit reaches

the deep to the deep

Trust me

with your time

your gifts

your loves

your hopes dreams or just wish

the authorities

and darkness of this world

can never hold my kind of free

I sit in the hands of my creator

who has never forgotten me

The angers stirring their own kinds of war

shall not phase me

I take no part in Babylons whore

For I know who has made me

what He’s given me

and how He’s saved me

The chess pieces playing their turns

beckon for my hand

both sides revealing in part

while each player hides their own monsters

all players darkened in their hearts

shells of people

inhabited by what they’ve sold out for

Redefining their own creations

and natural rules about life

calling love and tolerance

what I call confusions and strife

distracting with talks about self made stars

and feelings and pseudo realities

Like I should be impressed..

But I’m a woman

human created by God
and

I’m no part of the game anymore

Resettling ,breathing in

My peace

My free

I trust my creator

with me

“do not fear what they fear, nor be in dread.”-Isaiah 8:12

Let your gentle spirit be known to all men. The Lord is near.Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things. The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.”-Phillipians 4:5-9

The Last

The Last Christian in America

I took a trip across the land of the free

in it’s last days
I wanted to find something to remember
and be grateful to have been here
where we were so blessed

yet forgot to be thankful

I took a trip across to the land
to meet some people who could tell me
what my entertainers wouldn’t

when they were speaking for progress

and how we could do better
I went to find the immigrants
who risked their lives for something better
I went to find the worshippers

who couldn’t have Bibles in China

I looked for the Jews whose children escaped
I met the Amish on their land
I met the natives who we owe more than life

Now we have more in common don’t we
than we ever knew we did

and maybe we can understand now

in languages undefined
that we have all come from the earth
and dust to dust we return
I close my eyes and pray we have learned
we have understood and we have grown

but across the land and all of her memories

who seen it all and holds the blood and tears

the freedoms and fears
she grows tired of the anguish and tension
and now like in the ancient days

when we have to be silent
by forgetfulness or by force

the stones cry out
and the foundations shake

and she calls out for her lover
for the bride who is ready but choked in the pain

by the evil, the diseased and the insane
the prideful man of sin gets his day

but we the created calls out for the last play

took a trip across of the land of the free

what we understood

and what we believed

all the veils are uncovered now
and the center is gone
in the crisis of identity

don’t know who we are

or where we stand

unless someone gives a title
makes that plaque

so alive in the last days of the land of the free

if you don’t understand
or it sounds insane
I just want something to remember
help me remember

and thank God for what I never did before

in the days before the fall

when the rocks have to cry out
when the rocks have to cry out.

As he was now drawing near, at the descent of the Mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen, saying, “Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord! Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!” And some of the Pharisees in the multitude said to him, “Teacher, rebuke your disciples.” He answered, “I tell you, if these were silent, the very stones would cry out.” (Luke 19:37-40 )

When the earth and all its people quake, it is I who hold its pillars firm.”  Psalm 75:3

From upcoming: Letters From the End of the Age

And They will cry

And they’ll cry lord lord
They’ll cry lord lord
But not everyone who cries lord lord
They’ll cry tolerance
They’ll progress
They’ll cry terrorism
And they’ll cry peace peace
At the hand of deceit
At the cry of freedom
At the cry of democracy
And at the hand of world peace
Silence your soul
Silence your piece
Silence your spirit
And silence your belief
And the sins of our fathers
They will find you
They will find
Preach the good news
Of the love of the coming and of being free
Those spirits remember
What was real and what was slave
We remember what was truth
And what was desensitized to behave
We sold our spirit to the state
And now they’re coming for what’s theirs
You can’t fight it
No more revolutions
Mother Earth won’t have it
Father God says enough
Know who you are child
And where you belong
And where you are going already
Who owns my soul
Because I’m not blind anymore
I’m not blind anymore
Heaven has my place
And I won’t bow to another
But they will cry the name of God
As a mask for those asleep
The name of peace
The worst destruction
In a lie of peace
And many will be
In the last great deceit
The last great deceit
The anger rises
And the anger surmounts
As the great liar build his last army
His last army
He doesn’t need us anymore
Our mistakes make our case
And our mistakes make our grave
Those awake can see
What we know past whAt we believe
Past right now past what we see
And we say come quickly
Come quickly
And those asleep
Say lord lord
I’m your name we have…
But not everyone who says lord
Not everyone who says lord lord
Know the one in whom you say you believe
Know the one in whom you claim to believe
Lest they put on you to deceive
Because not everyone who says lord lord…not everyone who says lord lord
